The lantern produced by the inmates of Hualien Prison, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice won the special excellent prize of the institutional groups at the 2019 Taiwan Lantern Festival. In order to let more people appreciate it, the lantern was displayed on the second floor of Hualien Railway Station from March 18th to April 7th.The Warden of Hualien Prison hoped that the visitors could enjoy the brightness and beauty of art of the lantern and also could affirm the results of edification and education in prison.
