In cooperation with the government’s policy of environment protection, we have begun a woodcraft class and train our inmates, who will develop a sense for the environment. They can learn how to recycle waste to make something useful. It serves the goals: creating a new value for used resources. Moreover, we can increase our operational performances. Hopefully, we can reach the goals of helping inmates get professional training course and bettering themselves to create their own business someday by opening this woodcraft class.

Expected achievement:
The 150 hours of training focus rather on individual learning. Also, we also reinforce woodwork designing and skills. During the learning process, the inmates can have chances to change their behavior and be more reflective. At the same time, they can develop a diligent and responsible working attitude as well as the spirits of professionalism. They will choose woodwork skills as professional in the development of their careers. They will be able to make a living on their own. Also, in their jobs, they could build their confidence to reassure themselves of the meaning of life. Thus they won’t recidivate.
