Chinese cooking is a popular and currently promoted skill . We would like to have our inmates learn a skill for living. After leaving prison, they could get employed or create their own business. So they could be able to settle themselves. In 1997, we started this class. We have hired many famous chefs to give lectures to the inmates students in our prison. After finishing the training course, the inmates will obtain basic skills in cooking.

Expected achievement:
After 3 months of training, the inmates will learn Chinese cooking skills. They will not only be able to find a job to survive but also find confidence in their jobs and develop their potential. More importantly, they won’t commit a crime again.
